Exchange & Return Policy

An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange or return requests. Please ensure you record the entire unboxing process to avoid any discrepancies.

 

 

Exchange or replacement requests will be accepted only if the product has manufacturing defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. Items for exchange must be unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.

You must initiate an exchange or replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

All items returned for exchange will undergo a quality check to confirm they are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags intact. Exchanges will be processed only after passing this inspection.

If the dresses are found to be used or washed, they will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee.

We only accept returns of complete items. Sets, multipacks, and combos cannot be partially returned.

Once your return /exchange request is approved ,we will deliver you a replacement product within 7 days.
